Returns & Refunds policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of receipt.  You must notify us by emailing WabassoBeachShop@gmail.com. We will credit you within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please check whether the products meet all of the requirements listed below:

• The items were purchased within the previous 15 days.

•  Merchandise is in the original packaging with tags attached.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Simply stated, custom-made items or goods that have been personalized to your needs.
• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as perishable items or those with an expiration date.
• Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic Swimwear is non-returnable.

Returned items will be sent back to us at your risk and expense. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment.  Therefore, we recommend using a tracked and insured mail service.
